Slow Smoked Turkey Baked Potato Casserole Corn on the Cob- Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Recipe for Baked Potato Casserole

Diced bacon cooked crispy drained and patted dry

Chives

Sour Cream

Shredded Cheese

Butter

Skin and boil potatoes

Using mixer put in potatoes to mash the potatoes

One at a time add

Butter

Bacon

Sour Cream

1/2 of the fresh chives

1/2 the shredded cheese

Once all mashed together put into casserole dish and back at 325 for 1/2 hr.

Upon removing from oven top with shredded cheese and chives serve.
