2 oz. 50/50 EVOO/Canola Oil 1 T. Minced Garlic 1/4 t. Salt 1/4 t. Black Pepper, ground 1/2 t. Granulated Garlic 1/8 t. Crushed Red Pepper 2 oz. Red Wine 8 .5-oz. Meatballs 8 oz. Marinara 1 T. Parmesan, shredded 1/4 t. Parsley, fresh, minced
Start with a cold saute pan. Add the first 6 ingredients and get the garlic popping.
Next, add the red wine and the meatballs. Bring to a boil and reduce the wine by half.
Add the marinara and bring to the boil.
Serve in a bowl, garnished with Parmesan and parsley.
