Posted: Updated:

Former Arizona baseball standout and Tucson resident Terry Francona is headed to the World Series again. Francona, the manager of the Cleveland Indians, knocked off the Blue Jays 3-0 to advance on Wednesday night.

Meanwhile, a former Tucsonan and Palo Verde High School graduate (Jesus Quinonez) has been getting a lot of air time as a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers organization.

Quinonez, who used to be a TV Reporter, is on the Dodger's PR staff and has been working as a translator during TV interview with Spanish-speaking players.
