What’s Driving You Crazy: Camino Seco

Posted: Updated:

Mary said "The road from Speedway on Camino Seco to Wrightstown was supposed to be widened years ago. The street department doesn't keep the road up. There's always weeds that are a foot tall. When will this road be landscaped and widened?”

The intersection at Camino Seco and Wrightstown was widened awhile back.

The city planned to widen Camino Seco to four lanes from that intersection to Speedway, but that's been put on hold. At this time, there isn't enough money for the $3-4 million project.

You can report your concerns about landscaping to Tucson Department of Transportation’s Streets and Traffic Maintenance. TDOT told me they would create a work order for it when you call (520) 791-3154.

What else is driving you crazy? What’s your traffic question or concern? Let Melanie Hunter know here.
