TUCSON - Temperatures continue to rise heading into midweek.
After hitting our first 90 degree day on Tuesday, Tucson will see even warmer temperatures this afternoon with a forecast high of 95 degrees. This milestone will come early, even for Tucson standards, as we don't normally see our first 95 degree day until May 2.
High pressure will keep temperatures in the low to mid 90s through Friday under mostly sunny skies. A weak system will move through Northern Arizona this weekend and will knock the temperatures back a little closer to normal by Sunday.
