ORO VALLEY - Police have arrested a man who is charged with taking secret photos from the fitting room at an area Target store.

A woman noticed a recording cell phone under her fitting room door called police to the retail store in the 10000 Block of North Oracle Road.

Surveillance video showed a male suspect entering the fitting area while the victim was changing, Oro Valley Police Department spokeswoman Lt. Kara Riley said in a release.

The suspect, identified at 28-year-old Eduardo Dominguez, was arrested on charges of "surreptitious videotaping." It's classified as a class 4 felony.
