TUCSON- A woman was arrested for DUI early Saturday morning, after crashing into a Tucson Police patrol car with her vehicle on the southeast side.
According to TPD Sergeant Chris Widmer, Katrine Cesario, 38, struck an unoccupied parked patrol car on Harrison Road just north of Irvington Road at 3:23 a.m.
After striking the patrol car, Cesario fled in her vehicle before other officers pulled her over near Harrison Road and Golf Links Road, Widmer said.
Widmer said the patrol car Cesario struck was on the scene of minor crash and had it's emergency lights on at the time. She struck the patrol car from behind while travelling north on Harrison Road.
No on was injured in the crash.
Widmer said Cesario was arrested for charges related to DUI, Criminal Damage and Endangerment.
