Winter warmth making a comeback

TUCSON - Warm temperatures will continue well into next week.

High pressure just off the west coast will supply ample sunshine and above average temperatures right on into mid February.

Tucson topped 72° this afternoon with another 5° of warming expected to round out the weekend.

An upper level disturbance may make for a breezy Monday afternoon with 20mph wind gusts but we will see little change to our temperatures.

By the time Thursday rolls around temperatures will peak 10-12° above average with highs near 80°.
