White powder mailed in letter to AZ Capitol under investigation

PHOENIX - Police are testing a white powdery substance found inside a letter sent to the Arizona Capitol.
According to officers, Governor Jan Brewer opened the letter this morning that contained the substance.
It is not known whether the substance is dangerous or not.
