TUCSON - An area of low pressure spinning near the San Francisco area will drop to the southeast on Saturday bringing more clouds and slighty cooler temperatures. Afternoon breezes will be on the rise as well.
Highs on Saturday will be in the low to mid 70s with a slight shower chance, mainly in the mountains northeast of Tucson. Winds will abate by Sunday and temperatures will remain near average into the mid to upper 70s.
A big warm-up arrives as we head into next work week. Monday will feature highs in the low to mid 80s and we push low 90s by Wednesday!
Some Friday fodder: on this day in 1999, Tucson received snow. It was Easter Sunday.
