TUCSON - The mid 80s return this weekend and so do the gusty winds.
The weekend starts off great with temperatures climbing to 85 this afternoon under sunny skies, according to Meteorologist John Patrick. It's a repeat performance for Sunday, however, a system starts to dig into the West Coast bringing some afternoon wind gusts up to 30mph.
As a cold front advances through northern Arizona from Monday into Tuesday winds will once again pick up across the region. Expect a breezy start to the work week with wind gusts between 35-40mph creating a high fire danger.
Once the cold front moves through late Tuesday evening cooler temperatures will start to filter into southern Arizona. Daytime highs will briefly drop back into the 70s by midweek. Check out your True View 4 extended forecast here.
