TUCSON - April is living up to its reputation as a windy month, and today is no different. As a storm system passes to the north, gusty southwest have peaked from 30 - 40 mph.
Skies are mostly sunny and temperatures are cooler than recent days ranging from the upper 70s to mid 80s. Winds will slacken this evening and temperatures will cool through the 60s and 70s.
Much less wind is expected for Thursday with highs increasing to near 90 in the warmest spots. More wind and even some isolated showers are possible as we head into the weekend.
