Warm weekend, slight rain chance for Christmas

TUCSON - A warm-up for the first few days of Winter.

High pressure over the Rockies brings gusty winds & high temps in the upper 60's today, according to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish. East winds will subside late this afternoon, decreasing from 10-20 MPH to 5-10 MPH.

Expect a warm holiday weekend, with upper 60's to low 70's for highs Saturday and Sunday under partly cloudy skies. A cold front brings a slight chance of isolated showers/mountain snow late Christmas Eve through early Christmas morning. The bulk of the rain/snow stays over the White Mountains & northern Arizona.
