This Youtube video has made waves across social media. The video has had more than 16 million views and gives the message that it's okay to be a girl.
When people say "like a girl" they're usually using it as an insult, this video is making sure that girls everywhere keep their confidence throughout puberty and beyond.
The director of the video, Lauren Greenfield, is an award-winning artist, documentary photagrapher and filmmaker.
