TUCSON - Dao's Tai Pan's restaurant on N Wilmot received 4 critical violations, two of which could not be corrected at the time of the inspection. Sauce, crab puffs as well as other meats were being stored at a potentially hazardous temperature.

Also, knives and the mandolin slicer had encrusted food debris on them. Dao's Tai Pan's restaurant on N Wilmot received a "Needs Improvement" rating.

Village Inn on N Oracle received only 1 critical violation. Foods in grill make units were not being stored at a safe temperature. The problem was immediately corrected, so Village Inn on N Oracle received a "Good" rating.

El Charro on Oracle, Baggin's on Stone Avenue and Eegee's on E Irvington all received an "Excellent" rating.
