TUCSON - A Massachusetts youth volunteer has been arraigned after a Tucson boy told local authorities that he was enticed into sexual acts by the man as they chatted over an internet web cam.
Raymond McAllister, 20, was arraigned Wednesday in Woburn District Court on charges of dissemination of matter harmful to a minor, enticement of a child, and posing or exhibiting a child in a state of nudity, Pima County Sheriff's Department officials confirmed to News 4 Tucson.
The 13-year-old Tucson boy told local authorities about the incidents, and PCSD alerted Massachusetts state police in December. They located the man's account and arrested McAllister at his home on Tuesday, authorities confirmed.
McAllister is being held on a $10,000 bail, and the judge ordered him to avoid unsupervised contact with children and using the internet.
McAllister has been a little league coach for 12-to-14-year-old boys, a Jujutsu instruction and a church camp volunteer, prosecutors said.
