YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK -The massive "Rim Fire" in Yosemite National Park has been burning for nearly two weeks, and could continue for several more.
This timelapse video shows various perspectives of the 2013 Rim Fire, as viewed from Yosemite National Park.

Concerns have turned to the fire's impact on the environment, with smoke and ash threatening air quality in areas nearby.
The fire has charred nearly 300 square miles, but crews are making progress.Containment is at about 30 percent.
The first part of this video is from the Crane Flat Helibase. The fire is currently burning in wilderness and is not immediately threatening visitors or employees.
The second half of the video is from Glacier Point, showing Yosemite Valley, and how little the smoke from the fire has impacted the Valley.
