Victims of helicopter crash identified

TUCSON - Air Methods has released the names three people who died in a helicopter crash Wednesday.

The pilot has been identified as 61-year-old Alexander Kelley. News 4 has learned Kelley was an experienced pilot, and has been with Air Methods since 2002.

Brenda French, Paramedic

The paramedic has been identified as 28-year-old Brenda French. And 41-year-old Parker Summons, a nurse, also died in the crash.

Representatives from the National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration are investigating the accident.

News 4 has confirmed that all LifeNet helicopters have been placed on a safety stand down, until more information on the cause of the crash becomes available.
