TUCSON - The Tucson Fire Department say a fire that damaged a vacant home on the southside Saturday was intentionally set.
They responded to the home on East Holladay, near Park and Drexel around 7pm.
Investigators say the house was boarded up.
The utilities at the home had been shut off for a year.
There were also signs of vandalism at the house.
Crews found the fire inside an enclosed porch and they kept it from spreading to the main area of the house.
Firefighters determined the cause was arson.
Damage is estimated at $20,000.
No suspects are in custody.
