TUCSON - An unidentified boy has been found near the Drexel Heights neighborhood southwest of Tucson - deputies arrived to find the boy wearing only a diaper and black sports shoes.

At about 11:17 a.m. today, the Pima County Sheriff's Department received a report of a found child in the 3200 block of W. Avenida Luna, in the vicinity of Camino De La Tierra and Valencia Road, according to a Pima County Sheriff's Department.

Deputies found the boy wearing only a diaper and black Champion sports shoes, the release stated. All attempts to locate the boy's parents so far have been unsuccessful, and the boy did not give a name.

The boy is described as a 2 to 3-year-old Hispanic male with brown hair in a buzz-cut style and birthmark on the top of his right hand.

Anyone with information on this child is asked to call 911.
