TUCSON - Beginning August 17, the University of Arizona Police Department will deploy additional officers to enforce alcohol law with the start of the fall semester.
This was made possible by grant funding from the Arizona Governor's Office of Highway Safety. These new deployments are meant to enforce the safety of the community and provide the community with alcohol and traffic safety information.
The University of Arizona Police Department would like to make sure everyone stays alert while driving and all traffic laws are being obeyed. To obtain more information about The Arizona Governor's Office of Highway Safety programs please visit http://www.azgohs.gov/
