UA women's golf earns trip to regional tournament

TUCSON - The 8th-ranked Arizona Wildcats women's golf program has been selected to compete in the NCAA Central Regional Championships. The news was announced Monday by the NCAA selection committee.

The Central Regional Championships will be hosted by Oklahoma State at the Karsten Creek Golf Club May 8-10.

This marks the 22nd NCAA Regional selection since 1993 for the University of Arizona. The Wildcats have advanced to the NCAA Championships 18 times.
