Two suspects arrested, one dead following Three Points home invasion

THREE POINTS - Two suspects are in custody and another dead following a home invasion on Saturday.

Pima County Sheriff Deputy Tracy Suitt told News 4 Tucson that 26-year-old Luis Antonio Lupercio was killed after an incident where Lupercio and at least two other armed suspects allegedly forced their way into a home on West Kestrel Road.

Deputies said a neighbor heard "sounds of distress" at the home and went to investigate. Gunshots were exchanged and Lupercio was killed.

Deputies arrested Robert M. Pryor, 17, Saturday night and was booked into the Pima County Jail. He is being charged as an adult with one count of first degree murder. His bond was set at $250,000.

Osvaldo Carrillo-Valenzuela, 20, was arrested Sunday morning and also booked on one count of first degree murder.

The investigation is ongoing.
