TUCSON - The Tucson Police Department, in conjunction with American Traffic Solutions, announce the activation of two additional photo enforcement red light cameras at the intersections of Speedway Boulevard/Kolb Road and Grant Road/Swan Road.

The third photo enforcement red light camera, which was also set to begin operation at the intersection of E. Broadway Boulevard/Craycroft Road has been postponed until unrelated roadwork is complete, sometime in October.

The completed cameras go live on Monday, August 16th at 6:00 a.m.

These cameras have the capability of capturing vehicles failing to stop for red signal lights, in addition to speed detection devices that capture vehicles' speed as they approach the intersection.

For the first 30 days, drivers can expect to receive a warning only, for violations at these intersections.
