Twin Peaks reopens following pedestrian accident

MARANA - Twin Peaks has reopened following an earlier pedestrian accident near Sandario Road. Captain Adam Goldberg of Northwest Fire says the man's injuries are not life threatening. The victim was airlifted to the hospital due to the distance from the hospital.

The Pima County Sheriff's Department is investigating the accident, but as of now no charges have been filed against the driver. The driver stopped and called 911 for help.
