NOGALES - A tunnel has been discovered near the international border on the Mexican side of Nogales - Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials are working to determine if there is an exit point in Arizona.
Vincent Picard, the public affairs officer with ICE, says that their agency is working with Border Patrol and Mexican authorities to determine if the tunnel has any exits in the United States.
ICE officials found a 13-foot drug-smuggling tunnel in Nogales last month, after finding over a ton of marijuana in cylindrical packages in a van during a traffic stop.
