TUCSON - It's a mostly sunny and warm day of weather accross Southern Arizona. As of 3 p.m., temperatures ranged from 81 in Douglas to near 90 in Tucson.
Winds are on the gentle side and the air-mass is very dry. As a system moves to the north Wednesday, winds will pick up from the west and fire danger increases.
A Red Flag Warning goes into effect from 1-9 p.m., for Southern Graham, Southern Greenlee and Central and Eastern sections of Cochise County. Winds could gust to near 40 mph and with exceptionally dry conditions, any new fire that develops could quickly become erratic and spread.
The Red Flag Warning does not include the region where the Brown Fire is burning, however, breezy and dry conditions will be present.
