TUCSON - The Tucson Trap and Skeet Club is holding a National Amateur Skeet Competition.
Ten miles out of town, South of Tucson, hundreds of shotguns are blasting off at moving targets.
President of the Tucson Trap and Skeet Club, Lee Bachman says the event is growing by the hundreds every year.
"We joke about it, it's the best kept secret in Tucson," Bachman said.
For the last four decades, the Tucson Trap and Skeet Club has helped our economy by bringing people here from not only about 46 states, but also about five other countries.
Helping the economy and expanding every year, the Tucson Trap and Skeet Club is right on target.
The club is hosting the 2012 World Cup in March and more than 200 people from 40 different countries have already signed up.
