Tucson to crack top 10 for consecutive days without rain

TUCSON - According to the National Weather Service, it has been 69 days since Tucson has seen measurable rainfall.

This streak ties the 12th longest dry spell in Tucson's history.

News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish expects no chance of rain the next 7 days. That would elevate the current dry spell to one of the 10 longest ever.
