Tucson man hit by truck last month dies from injuries

A Tucson man hit last month by a truck while crossing a road on the city's northwest side has died from his injuries.

Northwest Fire tells News 4 that 43-year old Mark Mayercik died over the weekend, according to his family.

Mayercik was hit October 26th on La Cholla Boulevard in front of Northwest Medical Center.
He was not in a crosswalk at the time.

The Pima County Sheriff's Office says, no charges are being filed in the case.
