Tucson man arrested for allegedly distributing child pornography

TUCSON - The Tucson Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children Unit has arrested Jeffrey Johnson, 41, for 15 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
On March 22, 2011 during an investigation into Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, detectives from the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit found that Johnson was trading and downloading sexually explicit images of young children.
A search warrant was served at in the 8400 Block of E. 22nd St. and Johnson was arrested. Evidence was collected at the scene and detectives located over 1200 images and videos depicting the sexual exploitation of minors.
Johnson was booked into the Pima County Jail on 15 Felony Counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. He remains in custody at the Pima County jail on a 100,000 bond.
