Tucson man accused of stealing large amounts of gold and silver

TUCSON - Large amounts of gold and silver items were recovered after a search warrant was served at a Tucson home.

On February 27, David Reid,55, was arrested after a search warrant was executed on his home on the 1500 block of North Columbus Lane.

On June 3rd at 9:00 a.m., detectives will be holding a viewing of the property recovered from Reid's house.

The viewing will be held at the Tucson Police Department's Evidence Facility located at 945 East Ohio Street.

The detectives will display mainly jewelry, collectible coins and collectible paper currency. A small amount of pocket watches and silver dishware will also be displayed. Those wishing to view the property must have a case report number related to these types of stolen items to be allowed entry.
