Tucson Fire on scene of near drowning of toddler in midtown

TUCSON - A 10-month-old girl is recovering after being pulled from a pool.
Tucson Fire tells News 4 the near drowning happened near Alvernon and 22nd Street.
The baby conscious and breathing when rescue crews arrived and was taken to UMC for treatment.
