The new Super Target on Oracle Road is still taking applications but they're sifting through the thousands they already have.

They hired about 200 new employees on top of the 100 they already had from the previous, smaller store.

If you didn't get one of those jobs and you're still looking, Afni Inc., 5320 La Cholla Blvd in Tucson is hiring 200 new employees in their call center.

They're looking for customer service reps to take inbound calls for cell phone companies. Those jobs start at $9.50 an hour with the possibility of a raise after six months and a year.

They're also hiring some management positions.

More good news, Laura Shaw, a spokesperson from Tucson Regional Economic Opportunities Inc, TREO, a company that keeps track of new companies coming to town, says she can't go into detail but says several new companies are coming to town this fall and will bring jobs.
