TUCSON - Families celebrated Father's Day all over Tucson Sunday.
Mike Harrington took his son to the Children's Museum. Admission was free for dads.
"It's awesome," Harrington said. "It's fun to help him get along through life."
Three generations of the Cota family spent the day fishing at Silverbell Lake.
"We don't really get to do much stuff together," Nick Cota Jr. said, "so it was nice this one time to come out with the family, just hang out and spend time with Dad."
Nick Cota Jr. is in the Army. He spent the last year in Afghanistan.
It was his first Father's Day with his daughter.
"To come back and have her know exactly who I am and run to me and spend time with me," Cota Jr. said, "It's awesome."
The Cotas had not been together on Father's Day for 7 years.
"I was supposed to be at work today, but it wasn't going to happen," Nick Cota Sr. said, "My son comes first. My family comes first."
