TUCSON - New week, same hot temperatures.
High pressure parked over northern Mexico drives daytime highs into the 100's today through Father's Day weekend, according to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish. After reaching 103° this afternoon, tomorrow sees a high of 106°. Tuesday should mark the hottest day of the week.
Winds the next few days will be out of the west at 10-15 MPH. Expect breezes to increase up to 20 MPH by Wednesday and late week.
Highs Wednesday into the weekend peak in the 102-104° range, which is above average for early to mid June.
