Triple digit streak in jeopardy

TUCSON - After yesterday's storms, Mother Nature has quieted down considerably. An isolated mountain storm can't be ruled out, but most areas remain dry.

Winds have been gusty again today approaching 30-35 mph, and isolated blowing dust may be present at times. Winds will die down soon after sunset. The other story is the potential for Tucson to remain below 100 degrees for the first time since late May. Here's another factoid for you: every June day since June 10th, 2012 has seen daytime highs in the 100's for Tucson.
