SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. - Forty drivers who were cited while driving in the intersection of State Route 92 and Avenida Cochise in Sierra Vista before March 11th, will get their tickets dismissed.
According to Tina Moore, with the City of Sierra Vista, a glitch led to traffic citations being issued to drivers, two days before the city planned to implement it.
Anyone who received a citation, at that intersection, with a violation date of March 9th or 10th, should contact Officer Bob Randall with the Sierra Vista Police Department, at 520-452-7500 to ensure their ticket is dismissed.
The Sierra Vista Police Department has also contacted the Cochise County Justice Court to have the tickets dismissed.
