TUCSON - Police are looking for a man suspected of an armed robbery attempt at midtown smoke shop.
TPD officers believe 18-year-old Adrian Pride is responsible for the armed robbery at the Maui Smoke Shop at 1099 East Broadway Boulevard on Nov. 12.
An investigation revealed that Pride allegedly demanded money from the clerk at gunpoint. When the clerk refused, the suspect fled. Police say he returned several hours later, entered the store and threatened the clerk with a gun. The suspect ran from the store and jumped in to a vehicle. He fired several shots at the clerk as he left the area. No one was injured.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Pride.
