With only 20 days until Christmas, the Toys for Tots drive currently has 6,000 toys but still needs your help to reach their goal of 60,000.

According to Toys For Tots, every year they have reached their goal and are hoping for the same this year, considering the sluggish economy.

"It seems like the number of families that have signed up online for us to receive toys from us has gone up this year, said Sgt. Scott Gibson."

But if they don't reachthe 60,000 mark, many children could be left empty handed.

Gibson said, "I don't want to see any child go without a toy. That would break my heart and the communities heart."
