TONIGHT AT 10 - It was 25 years ago this month that Frank Jarvin Atwood was sentenced to die for killing little Vickie Lynn Hoskinson.
It's a case that shook Tucson, and led to the formation of the victim's rights group "We the People."
"Don't Forget Vicki Lynn" bumper stickers are everywhere - people still haven't forgotten her, but her loved ones are still waiting for her killer to be executed.
News 4 Tucson's Lupita Murillo looked back at the 25 years Atwood has been on death row, and caught up with Vicki Lynn's mother.
