TUCSON - All the ingredients are in place for an active night across southeastern Arizona.
According to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish, ample moisture & a mid-level disturbance moving in from Sonora will continue to develop scattered thunderstorms late this afternoon and evening. Storms thus far today have shown a tendency to move slowly from east to west & produce up to 1" of rain. This should continue to be the case tonight.
Depending on how long thunderstorms go on tonight & how much cloud cover we start the day with, Tuesday could see storms become isolated in nature.
