"The Cowboy" burger

Ingredients:

8 oz Ground Nolan Ryan Beef
6 inch brioche bun from Viro's bakery
4 oz Christopher's Spicy BBQ
1 gal Ketchup
1/2 c. Jack Daniel's
1/4 c. Cumin
2 tbls Cayenne pepper
1/4 c. Granulated garlic
2 tbls Salt
2 tbls Pepper
1/2 c. Barbeque Spice
1/4 c. Chili powder

Add all ingredients to sauce pot, bring to a slow boil, reduce heat cook for 30 minutes.

2 oz Carmelized onion
3 Slices Applewood Smoked Bacon.
2 Slices fresh tomato
Iceburg Lettuce
