TUCSON - The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® Circus is coming to town! Opening night is Thursday, June 30th, but to get all the animals here, they have to arrive by train, and that is happening Tuesday, June 28th.
The circus train will arrive at approximately 6 a.m. Tuesday at 5th Avenue and Toole to unload the animals and walk them to the circus. More than 60 kids from the Tucson 4-H clubs will be on hand to escort the elephants thru downtown Tucson to the Tucson Convention Center. Following the walk, the elephants will receive a watering at the TCC.
Thursday, June 30th is opening night of The Greatest Show on Earth at the Tucson Convention Center!
Be sure to arrive early to join us for the All Access Pre-Show Power Up Party, a fun, interactive experience FREE for all ticket holders! Opening one hour before show time, families can step onto the arena floor to meet the performers, try on costumes, learn circus skills and see a remarkable elephant that paints!
Friday, July 1st, CircusFit seminar at the Children's Museum from 10 - 11 a.m. Local kids (open to the public) will have the opportunity to get CircusFit with the stars of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey! Children's Museum is located at 200 S. 6th Avenue.
Tickets are priced from $17, $32 (VIP), $45 (Front Row) and $70 (Circus Celebrity).
Opening Night tickets are available for only $10 each (not valid for VIP tickets or premium seating)
