TUCSON - For the first time since October of last year, the Tucson International Airport has topped 90 degrees.
According to Chief Meteorologist Matt Brode, this heat will persist through Friday. The warmest day arrives Wednesday when temperatures will climb to the mid 90s.
More cooling will arrive by the weekend and highs will retreat back to the mid 80s for Saturday and low 80s by Sunday.
