NEW YORK (AP) - Some people in New York and New Jersey who've waited days to have their electricity restored following last week's superstorm, are back in the darkness and cold.
A nor'easter is blowing through the region, bringing rain and wet snow and stopping commuter trains and cutting off the heat.
Utilities say nearly 60,000 people who had just had their electricity restored following Superstorm Sandy are out again.
