TUCSON - The discovery of a suspicious package near the Wal-Mart on Ruthrauff and La Cholla has prompted deputies to seal off the parking lot.
Customers inside the store can get out through other doors in the building, but cannot drive out of the parking lot, Pima County Sheriff's Deputy Renee Carlson said.
Deputies are not letting anyone to enter the store, Carlson said.
Details on the suspicious package and the duration of the parking lot closure weren't immediately available.
Deputies with a bomb-disposing team are responding.
