TUCSON - The Tucson Police Department found and arrested a man it suspects is responsible for a string of pharmacy robberies between February and May.

Officers located 57-year-old Robert F. Gutierrez yesterday morning, and took him into custody.

Police say Gutierrez has robbed five pharmacies for oxycodone in the last four months. He was charged with three counts of armed robbery, one count of attempted armed robbery, and one count of attempted robbery.

These are all felony offenses and Guitierrez is currently being held at Pima County Jail.
