TUCSON - According to Tucson Fire Department spokesperson Captain Barrett Baker the early morning fire that broke out on the campus of Sunnyside High School was deliberately set.
"After a quick investigation, it looks like that fire was set intentionally on the outside of the building," Baker said.
The fire was reported around 5:30 a.m. and when crews arrived they saw flames coming from a modular building north of campus.
The school will be open today and classes from the damaged building will be relocated to another part of campus.
