TUCSON - Boa, the stray cat that was bitten twice by a rattlesnake, has been adopted, Humane Society representatives confirm.
Boa was featured last week on News 4 Tucson at noon, and since then, he has been adopted.
Boa came to the Humane Society as a stray cat. The year-old kitty is named Boa because he was bitten by a rattlesnake - twice! But he pulled through just great, the Humane Society says.
All this month, the HSSA is offering FREE adoption for cats four months and older - a package that includes vaccinations, microchip, neutering/spading, and more for free.
